Order Processing & Shipping
– New orders will be processed within 24 hours to 7 days depending on product availability and location of delivery.
– After completing order processing and the order is confirmed by us, the product will be shipped and delivered within a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 15 days depending on courier partners.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before we start processing the order. Once the order is processed, orders cannot be canceled.
Conditions for Replacement/Exchange
Items can only be Replaced or Exchanged under the Replacement & Refund Policy with following circumstances:
– The product received is damaged or defective.
– We have sent an incorrect product.
Replacement/Exchange Process
To initiate a replacement or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Unboxing Video: A video of the sealed package being opened is required. Without this unboxing video, replacement/exchange requests will not be accepted.
- Damaged Product: Provide clear photos and a video of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Request Submission: Submit your replacement/exchange request via email at info@desirecrafts.com or WhatsApp us at +91 91061 47995 within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Product Collection: Once we confirm your replacement or exchange request, we will notify you to send the product to our location at 326, Applewood CityMall, Madhuram, Junagadh, Gujarat – 362015 via courier or any other suitable method.
- Product Condition Verification: After receiving the product, we will verify its condition. If the product we receive does not match the original item shipped, the refund will not be processed.
Refunds
– Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to replace the damaged or incorrect product.
– Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
– For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back using the original payment method, or our team will contact you for your GPay number.
