Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before we start processing the order. Once the order is processed, orders cannot be canceled.

Sales Finality

All sales on the website are final. Returns/exchanges are not permitted unless under specific conditions mentioned below.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

Items can only be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:

– The product received is damaged or defective.

– We have sent an incorrect product.

Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Unboxing Video: A video of the sealed package being opened is required. Without this unboxing video, return/exchange requests will not be accepted.
  2. Damaged Product: Provide clear photos and a video of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Request Submission: Submit your return/exchange request via email at support@desirecrafts.com or WhatsApp us at +9194292 16900 within 2 days of receiving the product.
  4. Product Collection: Once we confirm the return/exchange, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by our courier service.
  5. Product Condition Verification: After receiving the product, we will verify its condition. If the product we receive does not match the original item shipped, the refund will not be processed.

Refunds

– Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to replace the damaged or incorrect product.

– Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

– For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back using the original payment method, or our team will contact you for your GPay number.
